What do I do if I can't see an Appointments option?

If My Appointments is not showing on your screen, but My Prescriptions is visible, it means either:

  • Your surgery has not enabled online appointment booking,
  • You have reached your maximum Did Not Attend (DNA) threshold, or
  • There is a technical issue.

Please contact your surgery to book your appointment and to discuss your DNA history if appropriate.
